USCIS Releases Updated I-129 Forms; INSZoom Responds Within Nine Hours

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a series of new immigration forms to reflect application and petition fee increases. INSZoom.com Inc., the world’s largest immigration software company, responded immediately and updated USCIS’s full set of I-129 applications for nonimmigrant workers in its global and domestic immigration management solutions. In less than nine hours, the immigration software company created and released in its web-based immigration case management software, ten I-129-related forms.

On November 23, 2010, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a series of new immigration forms to reflect application and petition fee increases. INSZoom.com Inc., the world’s largest immigration software company, responded immediately and updated USCIS’s full set of I-129 applications for nonimmigrant workers in its global and domestic immigration management solutions. In less than nine hours, the immigration software company created and released in its web-based immigration case management software, ten I-129-related forms.

  •     I-129OPC: O and P Classification Supplement to Form I-129
  •     I-129QC: Q-1 Classifications Supplement to Form I-129
  •     I-129RC: R-1 Classifications Supplement to Form I-129
  •     I-129-ATTACHMENT: Attachment For I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

Old versions of these forms have been maintained in INSZoom’s software and will remain available until December 22, 2010.
