USCIS Launches Online FOIA Request Status Check Service; INSZoom Responds in Less than 48 Hours

USCIS has created a new system that lets foreign nationals check the status of their FOIA requests online; INSZoom, the world’s largest immigration software company, updates its case management system within 48 hours to add this new feature.
July 7, 2008: San Ramon, CA: United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently implemented a new online FOIA Request Status Check service that offers foreign nationals and their attorneys a quick, secure method to check the status of requests they have made to USCIS under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). INSZoom.com, Inc., the world’s largest immigration software company responded immediately, enabling their clients to use INSZoom’s much lauded case management system to check the status of their FOIA requests.
USCIS’s new online system lets clients receive immediate responses anytime regarding the status of their FOIA requests. INSZoom has modified its case management application to add an FOIA receipt program. Attorneys and their clients can check the status of FOIA requests online via a direct link provided in the INSZoom application. This new process was created by INSZoom’s team of dedicated programmers and engineers in less than 48 hours.
