UK Home Office Updates Immigration Forms and INSZoom Responds within 48 Hours
November 02, 2007

On 29 October, 2007, the Home Office introduced 11 updated or new immigration forms globally. INSZoom.com, Inc ( http://www.inszoom.com ), the world’s largest immigration software company, responded within 48 hours, making the forms available to its UK and international clients.

According to Home Office, the six revised and five completely new visa forms are simpler to complete and easier to use than their predecessors, ask more specific questions that are only relevant for applicants’ visa categories, have questions that are directly linked to UK immigration rules and come with clear guidance notes. These forms were required to be used on 29 October; British visa application centres and visa sections overseas will not accept old application forms after 9 November, 2007.

Umesh Vaidyamath, founder and CEO of INSZoom, says: "INSZoom is dedicated to responding quickly and efficiently to all Home Office changes in immigration. Regulations are constantly being updated and it is essential that solicitors and their international clients have immediate access to software that reflects this scenario.”

Immigration forms that were updated include: Application Forms VAF1 (the Visitor Form), VAF2 (the Employment Form), VAF3 (the Student Form), VAF4 (the Settlement Form), VAF5 (the EEA Family Permit) and VAF6 (the Direct Airside Transit Form). New forms include: VAF7 (the Right of Abode Form), VAF8 (the Overseas Territories Form), VAFDIP1 (the Diplomatic Posting to UK Form), VAFDIP1DEP (the Dependent Application Form for Diplomatic Postings) and VAFDIP2 (the Official/Transit to UK Form).
