INSZoom enables Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form (DS-160) for online submission at over 15 US Consulates Worldwide
July 21, 2009
In line with the streamlining of the Nonimmigrant Visa Application forms by the Department of State, INSZoom has ensured that applicants in over 16 countries will be able to seamlessly submit their visa applications using the Form DS 160.
Form DS-160 is a new form that is issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The purpose of Form DS-160 is to streamline and combine several of the current DS application forms such as DS-156, DS-157, and DS-158 into one form that can be submitted electronically. Form DS-160 is only used to apply for a non-immigrant visa such as a B-2 Tourist Visa or B-1 Business Visa. Form DS-160 will at one point also eliminate these current forms: DS-156E, 156K and 156V.
“INSZoom has been current with the State's new form mandates,” says Umesh Vaidyamath, CEO at INSZoom. “We have created the right forms for applicants in more than 15 consulates, and are adding more every month. This is in line with the State's gradual roll-out of the DS-160 use."
