INSZoom Introduces iCERT Publishing Capability in Line With US DOL Certification Program

INSZoom announced that it has introduced a seamless iCERT publishing capability, helping attorneys and corporate employers to directly deliver information to the iCERT systems established by the US Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification.

The new iCERT filing portal introduced by the DOL requires filing agencies to set up accounts, and then create new files for each LCA being filed. The new system requires recreating any existing applications on the DOL's LCA and PERM portals currently, as there is no migration capabilities offered.

INSZoom's iCERT publishing module helps overcome this hurdle for law firms and corporate immigration divisions, by helping them push data into the new iCERT system and recreate new accounts seamlessly. "We are sure our clients will find this a great benefit, as they can now create new LCA filings on the DOL's iCERT portal; without any technology changes or go through time-consuming manual uploads. With a single click, our clients will be able to migrate data into the new portal," says Umesh Vaidyamath, CEO at INSZoom.

This seamless publishing will help customers save time and effort, while complying with the US DOL's new programs. "INSZoom will also support current LCA ETA9035 filing and with the new filing requirements till May 15, 2009," says Vaidyamath.
