April 02, 2009
INSZoom, Inc., the leading immigration case management software and solutions company has announced that the INSZoom platform is now current and fully updated to meet the changes in the USCIS I-129 Forms for the year 2009.
The I-129 Forms are required for filing the H1-B visas and changes in the forms were announced on March 20, 2009. INSZoom responded to these change mandates by incorporating the requirements within the software platform, and made them available to customers the following day. "We realize that the current challenging times are going to bring enormous pressure to bear on filing companies, and have worked to ensure that the immigration departments, attorneys, and related experts are fully prepared with the latest forms," says Umesh Vaidyamath, CEO at INSZoom. "And as usual, they have validated our faith in them and their technology," says Jake Lipman, senior partner at Silicon Valley immigration law firm, Lipman & Wolf, LLP.
"INSZoom strongly believes in empowering law firms, immigration department employees within companies, and consultants with the right technology, so that they can focus on their expertise and tasks," assures Vaidyamath.
