Umesh Vaidyamath

Umesh Vaidyamath has more than 19 years of proven senior technology
and management experience in the software industry. As Chief Executive
Officer of INSZoom, Umesh drives the overall direction of the
company and oversees the company's engineering, marketing and
sales divisions.
Umesh founded INSZoom in 1999. As CEO of INSZoom, Umesh managed
the company's dramatic growth from a software start-up to the
premier immigration case management software vendor and the largest
independent software company in the immigration software industry,
with a team of 125+ employees worldwide. Umesh turned INSZoom into a profitable and financially
sound company in less than three years.

Umesh earned a B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from
B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Karnataka University,
India, in 1989. Soon after graduating, he worked for a leading
software technology company in Mumbai, India. He emigrated to
the U.S., fittingly, on July 4th, 1990, as a member of a team
working at U.S. Sprint in Kansas City, Kansas and has, since that
day, worked diligently in various aspects of the technology industry. |

Prior to INSZoom, Umesh's experience included leading a team
of software engineers and architecting state-of-the-art large
scale e-commerce and client server applications at Hewlett Packard,
Intel Corporation, Mervyn's California, JB Hunt, Vodafone and
AT & T.
Umesh is a frequent speaker on information technology issues
at the Karnataka Chamber of Commerce in Hubli-Karnataka, India
and regularly contributes his immigration expertise to leading
Indian business magazines and newspapers. In addition, he is the recipient of the 2007 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award and a 2007 achievement award from Veerashaiva Samaja of North America.

Raj Vaidyamath

Raj Vaidyamath has more than 20 years of management experience
in enterprise software applications, technical services and business
operations. As Vice-President of INSZoom, with a core focus on
Customer Service and Information Technology, Raj ensures that
INSZoom clients can successfully implement and maintain INSZoom
products and solutions to meet their evolving business demands.
Prior to joining INSZoom, Raj held numerous senior software development
and management positions at Mercedes Benz, AIG Insurance, UPS,
Prudential, Eli Lilly and Sears Roebuck and Company. |

Since 2000 at INSZOOM, Raj held a variety of
technical support management positions and facilitated the company's
organizational growth from a start-up team of just 4 members into
a worldwide organization with nearly 80 professionals, expatriate
assignments in India.
Raj earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication
from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Karnataka University,
India, in 1988. Soon after graduating from B.V.B., he worked for
a leading software technology company in Mumbai, India. Raj first
arrived in the United States in May, 1991 on a project for Arthur
Anderson Consulting at Sears Roebuck and Company in Chicago, IL.

Sunil Kolkur

With nearly ten years of experience with INSZoom in nearly every role, Sunil Kolkur holds a breadth and depth of knowledge of INSZoom’s infrastructure and processes. As Director – Operations (India), Sunil is responsible for the Customer Support, IT Infrastructure, Finance, NetZoom Website Design and India Sales departments.
Sunil joined INSZoom’s India offices in June 2001 as a trainee engineer, just two years after the company was started. He was transferred to INSZoom’s U.S. offices one year later to manage IT infrastructure and INSZoom’s data center. |

He returned to India a few years later to manage various departments and has played an essential role in INSZoom’s continued growth and success. Sunil has worked very closely with INSZoom’s senior management over the years and is well known to many of INSZoom’s long-time customers as an exceptional business person who delivers results and helps clients increase value. His promotion to Director –Operations will enable him to continue to help INSZoom achieve success and deliver high-level value to its customers.

Jakob Lipman

Jakob Lipman joins INSZoom with more than ten years of experience as a leading immigration attorney in the Bay Area. An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Lipman has worked closely with the founders of INSZoom since November 2000 in the development, testing and implementation of the company’s leading edge immigration case management and compliance solutions.
As an attorney, Lipman’s practice focused on employment-based immigration; he counseled businesses on complex immigration issues and policy concerns. |

Over the past decade, he has established himself and his firm as a leader in providing exceptional immigration services for multinational and domestic organizations of all sizes and from every major industry.
Lipman frequently lectures on immigration-related topics and is an author of several articles on corporate immigration compliance and best practices.

Ravi Ramaswamy

Ravi Ramaswamy has over 27 years of deep-domain product development expertise in the Industry. Ravi drives the entire product life cycle development and architecting INSZoom products to meet clients needs and the company vision.
Prior to joining INSZoom, Ravi architected and executed projects at AMDOCS Inc, Intel Inc and ADP etc. At AMDOCS INC. he was involved in Telecom Billing application, one of the most complex billing products in the industry. |

Also while working at Intel Corp in Santa Clara, he was responsible for design and development of Intel Asset Management application.
Ravi Ramaswamy is a Mechanical Engineer from the reputed institute BITS Pilani, India. His exceptional knowledge in the field of mathematics earned him a scholarship during his educational years.

Anuj Sarin

With nearly fifteen years of experience in immigration, operations and human resources management, Anuj Sarin directs INSZoom’s Best Practices division. As the Director of this new division, he ensures that the company increases its revenue and market share and maintains its focus on delivering exceptional services and products that increase clients’ efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
Prior to INSZoom, Anuj was a key member of the Human Resources team at Infosys, where he managed worldwide immigration operations. And also was a core member of Wipro’s immigration management team, where he managed immigration processes and operations for the American continents. |

Along with this, Anuj was instrumental in developing, implementing and managing automated immigration management systems.
Anuj has received a Bachelor’s of Engineering from Bangalore University and MBA from Lucknow University.
