INSZoom is committed to safeguard its information assets, ensures business continuity and minimize business risk through the adoption of systematic approach to risk management and a set of security policies, procedures and practices aligned with ISO27001:2005.
INSZoom Information security policy demonstrates the following objectives:
- To protect information against unauthorized access.
- To protect the organization’s information assets from any unauthorized, accidental or deliberate modification or loss.
- To ensure information and information systems are made available to authorized users as per the business needs with minimal disruption.
- To comply with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
- To create user awareness on information security.
- To establish detailed policies and procedures based on this Information security policy and ensure compliance against such standards and procedures.
To ensure a continual improvement in security, the process will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and through management reviews, Improvements would be reflected through changes in policies and procedures.
All INSZoom employees, contractors, vendors and partners will be required to follow this INS information security policy by adopting following guidelines:
- To be aware of the physical security and authentication rules in accessing the information systems authorized for use.
- To adopt additional vigilant security practices while using mobile devices like (Laptops, Black berries, Mobile Phones etc).
- To secure individual passwords and not sharing them.
- To avoid the use of e-mail to distribute chain / spam e-mails and use the facility for company business purposes only.
- To restrict instant messaging only for company business purpose and not to send/receive text/audio/video file to any IN Zoom employee/non employee.
- To use centralized file share facilities to store data where possible, and limit copies on local storage / removable media.
- To avoid and prevent from downloading content indiscriminately from unknown sources.
