Client Profile

Fakhoury Law Group is a boutique law firm with an exclusive focus on business-based immigration. The firm specializes in domestic and global immigration and non-immigration issues for clients in industries such as Information Technology, Consulting, Healthcare, Automotive and Higher Education. The firm handles non-immigrant H, L, and B visas, along with PERMs, I-140 and I-485 applications. In addition, they manage cases for multinational managers, individuals with extraordinary ability and National Interest waiver cases.

Challenge

Fakhoury Law Group were looking for a software solution that would enable them to keep track of their cases and provide easy access to the status of those cases through a simple, digital method. In addition, the firm needed a single solution that could track every aspect of their clients' cases, from start to finish. Finally, it was essential that the firm's clients could have access to the status reports of their cases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The firm reviewed several available products, using each product in the day-to-day activities of their office for a series of weeks. At the end of the review stage, they evaluated every program. Not only is INSZoom easy to use by the attorneys that use it every day in their offices, it's also preferred by paralegals. "It makes us so much more quicker and efficient in getting the workload we have completed for our clients," said Michelle Latz, Paralegal/IT Coordinator for the law firm. "And it's very user-friendly. I was able to pick it up in a couple of days. We were using it right from the get-go."

Latz commented on the way that INSZoom has changed the work environment for her and the other paralegals at the firm: "It's like night and day as far as working with INSZoom and not working with INSZoom.
